We incorporate concepts from EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strengths Based and Expressive Arts approaches into our therapeutic approach with children, adolescents, and adults.
We offer In-Person Sessions and Telehealth sessions. You have the flexibility to choose between the two for most appointments.
